1. ❌ Course Cancellation by Student

If a student chooses to cancel their course enrollment:

✔️ A written request must be emailed to info@itraininginstitute.com within 3 calendar days of the course start date.
✔️ Refunds will be considered only if no classes have been attended and course materials have not been accessed/downloaded.

Refund eligibility:

Cancellation Timeframe	Refund Amount
Within 3 days of course start (no classes attended)	80% of total fee
After 3 days or once the course has started	❌ No refund
No-show or inactivity without notice	❌ No refund

✔️ Students may reschedule their batch once (subject to availability) by notifying us at least 48 hours before the class begins.
✔️ Batch transfers are allowed only within the next 30 days.
